Comparative Virology
September 24th - 25th, 2001

The first part of the meeting will deal with the comparative virology of Nano-Gemini-Circo-Parvoviruses and TT Virus. The aim of this conference is to inform, using a comparative virology approach, scientists concerned with ssDNA viruses in general as well as those scientists and veterinary practitioners specifically concerned with porcine circoviruses. Particular emphasis will be put on the most recent research advancements and discoveries.

Porcine Post-Weaning Multisystemic Wasting Syndrome (PMWS)
September 26th - 27th, 2001

The second meeting of the conference will deal with PMWS pathogeny, immunology, epidemiology, diagnosis and vaccination and will look at models of comparative pathology. The aim is to inform the scientists and veterinary practitioners concerned with the problem of PMWS of the recent progress made in epidemiology and pathology of the disease.
