Editorial Board members are invited for a 3-year period, with the
possibility of one re-appointment. Readers are encouraged to query authors
directly, and authors are able to track interest through web page accession
statistics. The articles are posted on major search engines and disseminated
globally. Articles published in VST should represent a generalist's
view, and persons not specialized in the respective field should be
able to understand them. Data should be attractively presented, not
only in a lively, readlily understandable prose, but also by making
good use of graphs, images or animations.
Manuscript submissions are upon invitation in most cases. Submissions
are reviewed by the editors, the members of the editorial board or by
persons commissioned from other institutions. The referees reports and
statement of acceptance, review or otherwise will be e-mailed to authors
as soon as possible. Submissions not published by VST will be returned
to authors and erased from all VST servers/directories/files. VST will
not retain the copyright to articles that are not published in the VST.
